What You'll Do
Create 3D surface and solid models of rubber parts using CAD/CAM software
Design molds, extrusion dies, form tooling, and peripheral tooling
Interpret sketches, drawings, and sample parts
Perform advanced surface modeling
Support production timelines and estimates
Design tooling for CNC, EDM, and fabrication equipment
Collaborate with machinists, toolmakers, and vendors
What You Bring
Mold design or toolmaking experience
Strong CAD/CAM and modeling skills
Knowledge of CNC programming and reverse engineering
Strong math and problem‑solving skills
Team‑oriented mindset
Compensation Starting pay: $36.00 per hour
