Responsibilities As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you will represent client brands at live promotional events and activations:

Deliver exceptional customer service at events and brand activations

Represent client brands with professionalism, enthusiasm, and energy

Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives

Engage with customers to build brand awareness and loyalty

Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution

Qualifications

Previous customer service experience preferred (retail, hospitality, or similar)
