
Senior Live Streaming Growth Manager

Responsibilities
Own P&L and growth targets for TikTok Shop livestreams: define KPIs, build dashboards and report weekly/monthly performance and growth experiments.
Lead end-to-end livestream execution: planning, studio build/ops, multi-camera production, overlays, moderation and real-time troubleshooting.
Design and execute growth strategies to drive high-quality traffic and conversions: organic hooks, paid traffic funnels, creator partnerships, cross-channel promotion, and paid-live ad tactics.
Optimize conversion across the funnel: thumbnail/hooks, opening scripts, CTAs, product cards, bundling, pricing, scarcity tactics, coupon strategy and checkout/UI flows.
Build and run a repeatable host/anchor program: recruit creators, deliver structured training/coaching for apparel demos (fit, movement, styling), and set measurable host KPIs.
Collaborate with merchandising, inventory and supply chain to ensure SKU availability, size distribution, pre-sale allocation and minimize cancellation/return risk.
Qualifications
5+ years in live commerce with direct TikTok Shop/TikTok Live experience.
Proven track record of delivering substantial improvements in live commerce metrics.
Hands-on experience building/operating studios and training hosts for apparel demos (womenswear/activewear preferred).
Deep understanding of growth levers.
Data-driven mindset: comfortable running experiments, interpreting results and translating insights into playbooks.
