AWS, Kafka, Data360 Build scalable workflow-driven systems for healthcare operations B. Solution Architect – Conversational & Agentic AI (YAVA Program) Architect AI-driven voice/chat systems replacing legacy IVR Work on
Aetna Virtual Assistant (YAVA) / Live Chat Design solutions using: Conversational AI (IBM WatsonX, Dialogflow, etc.) Agentic AI frameworks API ecosystems & cloud-native services Enable intelligent, scalable, self-service experiences C. Solution Architect – Cloud & Microservices Design scalable systems using: AWS / Azure (primary), GCP (plus) Microservices architecture MongoDB / NoSQL + RDBMS Drive API-first, event-driven architecture patterns Core Responsibilities Own end-to-end

for assigned epics/features Partner with Product Owners, BAs, and Engineering leads Define
architecture patterns, solution designs, and technical roadmaps Collaborate with enterprise architects and integration teams Produce architecture artifacts (diagrams, solution docs, presentations) Lead design reviews and stakeholder discussions Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of systems Drive adoption of
best practices, Agile/SAFe principles, and DevOps Required Skills Strong experience in
Solution/Technology Architecture Proven track record in
complex systems design & integration Deep understanding of: Distributed systems (parallelism, concurrency, race conditions) API-first architecture & system integration Modern tech stack:
Java, Node.js, JavaScript Hands-on experience with: Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) Messaging systems (Kafka or similar) Strong knowledge : Design patterns & architecture principles Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to handle multiple priorities independently Desired Skills Experience with
Gen AI (RAG, Vector DB, embeddings) Conversational AI tools (WatsonX, Dialogflow, etc.) Experience with
