Blockchain Architect

Job Title: Blockchain Architect Location: San Leandro, CA (Day 1 Onsite) Employment Type: Full-time / Contract Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Blockchain Architect to design and implement distributed ledger solutions. The ideal candidate will lead blockchain strategy, architecture design, and development initiatives, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance systems aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities Design and architect blockchain-based solutions using platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Polygon Define system architecture, including consensus mechanisms, smart contracts, and Lead end-to-end blockchain solution development and deployment Evaluate and select appropriate blockchain frameworks, tools, and technologies Design and implement smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps) Ensure security, scalability, and performance of blockchain systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, DevOps) Conduct code reviews, architecture reviews, and technical documentation Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills Strong experience in blockchain architecture and distributed systems Proficiency in blockchain platforms: Ethereum / Hyperledger Fabric / Binance Smart Chain / Polygon Smart contract development using: Solidity, Go, Rust, or JavaScript Experience with: Web3.js, Ethers.js Node.js, Python, or Java Knowledge of: Cryptography (hashing, digital signatures) Consensus algorithms (PoW, PoS, PBFT) Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP "Galent is an equal opportunity employer.
