Job Description / Responsibilities

Join us in achieving volume and distribution sales goals for our brands across Sazerac’s diverse spirits portfolio and connect consumers with brands. You’ll be a key partner for vibrant on-premise locations in your assigned territory, engaging in events, tastings, and promotions that showcase our spirits portfolio and create memorable consumer experiences. What You’ll Be Doing: Craft solutions for growth: Implement innovative solutions to boost business for assigned accounts, helping Sazerac brands gain market share. Brand building: Use consumer and category trends to educate customers, solve challenges, and drive sales. Distribution: Lead distributors to support in-outlet selling and execution. Volume objectives: Help achieve volume objectives for our diverse portfolio. Strategic programs: Implement programs that deliver on distribution, merchandising, display, and retail promotions. Rapport building: Develop mutually valuable relationships with assigned customers by understanding their needs. Communication & collaboration: Serve as the communication lead between key customers, wholesalers, and internal teams. KPI monitoring: Track KPIs to ensure goals are met. Note: Job responsibilities may vary by state due to regulatory requirements. Qualifications / Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the alcohol-beverage or CPG industries; on-premise experience preferred. New graduates may have a sales/marketing internship or related sales experience. Results-driven: Proven ability to achieve volume objectives and secure distribution points, menu placements, events, and promotions. Technical savvy: Experience with sales data analytics and tools to drive results and identify market trends. Mobility: Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within an assigned territory. Schedule: Flexibility for non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends. Location: Reside in or near the territory. Expenses: Ability to cover ordinary and essential business expenses that will be reimbursed. Compliance: Obtain a solicitor’s permit in any state as required. Physical Requirements
