$160,000 Yearly + Sign on bonus negotiable + Relocation + Benefits Summary Lead a high-volume radiology department (MRI, CT, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, X-ray), ensuring
quality patient care, operational efficiency, compliance, and strong team leadership . Key Responsibilities Manage imaging operations, staff, and workflows across all modalities Lead hiring, training, and performance management Oversee budgets, quality control, and patient safety Ensure regulatory compliance and manage audits Optimize imaging systems (RIS/PACS) and drive process improvements Requirements Bachelor’s degree New Mexico imaging license ARRT certification BLS
(within 90 days via American Heart Association) Radiology leadership experience with strong operations and budgeting expertise Core Skills Radiology operations • Team leadership • Budget management • Compliance & audits • Quality & patient safety • RIS/PACS systems
