The role: drive business development and recruitment efforts in Denver, Colorado, using end‑to‑end recruiting and full‑sales cycle skills to promote finance and accounting workforce staffing solutions. Working largely in a virtual environment with flexibility to be home‑based, hybrid, or in‑office at a market office.

Qualifications
Live in the greater Denver, Colorado area
Strong business acumen and customer service skills
Excellent communication and problem‑resolution skills
Previous staffing industry or recruiting experience is helpful
Accounting or finance experience is a plus
Enthusiastic about creating remarkable experiences with coworkers, clients, and ambassadors

2+ years of B2B sales experience in a professional services environment preferred
Bachelor’s degree or transferable experience
