In this role, you’ll lead growth across AWS solutions by working closely with our existing partner network. Using data and market insights, you’ll identify new opportunities, deepen partner engagement, and help expand our presence across AWS commercial segments.You’ll play a key role in driving revenue, strengthening partnerships, and positioning AWS solutions competitively in the market. This position is ideal for someone who understands the AWS ecosystem and partner strategies (especially within distribution), enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.**What You’ll Do****Shape and Execute Strategy**
Develop and implement strategies to grow AWS business within your assigned partner portfolio. Identify trends, customer needs, and new opportunities to drive long-term success.**Drive New Business Growth**
Expand opportunities within existing partners by identifying new use cases, partnerships, and customer acquisition strategies that broaden market reach.**Build Strong Partnerships**
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across AWS and partner organizations. Negotiate effectively to create win-win outcomes and accelerate growth.**Leverage Market Insights**
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity through research and data analysis. Use insights to guide decision-making and uncover growth opportunities.**Collaborate Across Teams**
Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to align efforts and bring new initiatives to market successfully.**Engage Customers Directly**
Connect with key customers to understand their challenges and goals. Use feedback to improve solutions and deliver strong customer experiences. Lead executive-level discussions and strategic reviews with senior stakeholders.**What You Bring*** Strong background in strategic selling, business development, and operations* Solid understanding of cloud solutions (AWS experience strongly preferred)* Proven track record of driving year-over-year revenue growth* Confidence in negotiation, deal closing, and influencing outcomes* Financial acumen, including forecasting and managing profitability* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment while maintaining attention to detail* Experience building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including executives* Willingness to travel for in-person customer and partner engagements**Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent relevant experience)* 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a similar role* Demonstrated ability to make meaningful contributions to business growthThe typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $69,500.00 - $118,200.00 per year.The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
