has been Baltimore's go-to custom solid wood and metal fabricator since 2012, specializing in one-of-a-kind architectural millwork, furniture, signage, and artwork for high-profile spaces. We pride ourselves on our meticulous craftsmanship and our commitment to making every project unique. Working with clients in multi-family, retail, hospitality, and restaurant industries, we transform lobbies, community spaces, and other guest-facing areas into stunning, memorable environments. Construction Estimator , you'll work closely with national-level general contractors, interpreting blueprints, determining materials and labor requirements, and ensuring every detail meets client specifications. This role is critical to driving our mission forward, allowing us to expand and serve an even wider audience. Key Responsibilities
Analyze blueprints and specifications to accurately estimate project costs Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to align on project vision Identify materials, finishes, and labor requirements for custom fabrication Prepare and submit detailed, competitive bids on various projects Build and maintain relationships with vendors and clients Manage RFI and RFQ processes, track submissions, and review incoming estimates Use Excel and other estimating software to develop cost sheets and pricing models Evaluate contracts for scope accuracy and close post-bid opportunities effectively Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in construction estimating Strong verbal and written communication skills with a client-focused attitude Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel Experience with virtual bid rooms and ERP software (Innergy ERP a plus) Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and construction documents Knowledge of bid processes and contract evaluation Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for site visits What We Offer
Full-Time position Competitive salary, starting at $100,000-$125,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses. 401(k) with company match Flexible Schedule and Paid Time Off Professional Development Assistance Paid holidays, with a week-long closure between Christmas and New Year's
