End-to-end revenue cycle oversight: Leading all functions from patient access and charge capture through billing, coding, collections and denial management Financial performance & analytics: Monitor key metrics, analyze trends, and drive data-informed strategies to improved revenue cycle operations Process optimization & compliance: Standardize workflows, implement best practices and ensure compliance with payer contracts, regulatory requirements, and billing/coding guidelines Team leadership & accountability: Manage and develop revenue cycle teams, set performance expectations, and foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and service excellence Partner with providers, operations, IT, and finance to align clinical and administrative processes, resolve barriers to collections, and support organizational goals What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration: Accountant preferred. Education: High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management. What additional preferences we're seeking
