Order Entry Specialist
The Order Entry Specialist supports key customer accounts in a manufacturing environment by managing orders from intake through delivery and invoicing. This role acts as the primary point of contact for assigned large accounts, ensuring accurate order processing, on-time shipments, and timely invoicing while maintaining strong customer relationships. The position works closely with operations, production, logistics, and accounting teams to meet customer expectations. Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned large customer accounts. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in the ERP system. Coordinate and schedule shipments with internal logistics and shipping teams. Monitor order status and communicate updates, delays, or changes to customers. Prepare and process customer invoices and resolve billing discrepancies. Maintain pricing, contracts, and customer account information. Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, shipments, and invoices. Partner with sales, production, and supply chain teams to meet delivery timelines. Assist with forecasting, order planning, and inventory coordination as needed. Maintain detailed and organized records of all sales and order-related activity. Essential Skills
Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or order management within a manufacturing environment. Experience supporting large or strategic accounts preferred. Strong understanding of order processing, shipping coordination, and invoicing. Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and follow-through. Experience working cross-functionally with production, logistics, and accounting teams. Familiarity with manufacturing lead times and shipping processes. Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Work Environment
The position is based on-site, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Job Type & Location

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
