The Learning Experience® in Palm Coast, FL , where Happy Happens Here®. We are seeking a caring, organized

Assistant Center Director

to support daily operations in our high-quality daycare and early childhood education center.

What You’ll Do:

Partner with the Center Director to oversee daily preschool and daycare operations

Ensure compliance with Florida licensing, health, and safety regulations

Support enrollment growth through family tours, community outreach, and marketing

Manage records, billing, budgets, vendors, and center inventory

Use social media and communication tools to engage families and retain enrollment

Lead with positivity, building a collaborative, family-oriented team culture

What You’ll Bring:

2+ years of childcare or daycare leadership experience

Experience in preschool or early childhood education settings

Strong organizational, financial, and communication skills

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Completed 45 hours of DCF childcare training

Current CDA/Staff Credential and Florida Director Credential
