Associate Director, US Market Access, Payer Strategy
The Associate Director, US Market Access, Payer Strategy will lead development, evolution, and deployment of the SKYRIZI Medical Benefit contracting strategy and customer narrative to support business performance across the long‑range plan.
Key Responsibilities
Lead development of Commercial and Medicare Medical Benefit contracting strategy and impactful customer narrative, leveraging clinical and economic data as well as key stakeholder insights.
Continuously evaluate evolving Medical Benefit landscape to refine and adjust contracting strategy; enhance Account Team education and training on key insights.
Support financial planning processes (LBE, Plan, LRP):
Monitor rebating data and trends in partnership with Contracting.
Support ASP forecasting in partnership with Finance.
Competitive ASP tracking and net cost recovery analysis.
Determine appropriate action, execution, tracking, monitoring, and competitive preparedness for future evolution of SKYRIZI value proposition.
Partner with APEX MAPS teams on channel and account‑specific analytics; support for In‑Field partners (FRM, GAM, Account).
Effectively collaborate with broader Immunology Payer Strategy team and cross‑functional partners, including Brand Marketing, Finance, Medical Payer Strategy, HEOR, Trade, and APS, to drive strategic alignment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of experience in Marketing, US Market Access and/or Analytics.
Strong strategic thinking, business and financial acumen, analytical capabilities, and communications skills.
Relevant experience in medical benefit quantitative analyses, including ASP calculations and physician reimbursement dynamics.
Must have high proficiency in Excel.
Experience with buy and bill pharma business model and distribution channel preferred.
Advanced agility, project management and prioritization skills.
Positive, solutions‑oriented attitude.
Cross‑functional experience including field sales, finance, and/or market analytics valued.

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
