What You'll Do: Engage qualified investor leads from our marketing efforts Connect investors with exclusive off-market properties that never hit the MLS Own the client relationship from first call through closing Build your book through cold calling, networking, and email outreach What You Bring: 1–3 years of sales experience — any industry where you've learned to close Confidence, grit, and a competitive edge Strong phone presence and coachable mindset Lives in or relocating to DFW One Thing to Know:
This is a 100% commission 1099 role. A Texas Real Estate License is required within 45 days of starting. Licensing costs are the candidate's responsibility. Our Culture:
