Videographer & Multimedia Editor (Photo, Video and Design)
The Driscoll Firm is a growing national law firm with offices in Chicago, St. Louis, Atlanta, Raleigh, and San Juan, Puerto Rico. Key Responsibilities:
Video Production & Editing
- Film and edit high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, social media, testimonials, and brand initiatives.
- Set up and operate lighting, camera, and sound equipment for professional production standards.
- Edit footage using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director on storyboarding, scripting, and creative direction.
- Ensure all content aligns with De La Rosa Law’s brand voice and quality standards.
Photography & Lighting Design
- Capture professional portraits, campaign shots, and behind-the-scenes visuals.
- Design and implement effective lighting setups for in-office shoots and livestreams.
- Retouch and enhance images using Photoshop and Lightroom for web and print use.
- Maintain media equipment and ensure readiness for ongoing content needs.
Graphic Design & Creative Content
- Design visually engaging graphics for digital ads, print material, and social platforms.
- Support the Marketing Director by creating branded templates and visual assets.
- Assist in developing motion graphics and visual storytelling pieces to support firm initiatives.
- Contribute to consistent brand visuals across all channels, from web to social.
Social Media Content Management
- Assist with managing and posting multimedia content to social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Optimize posts for engagement, reach, and brand consistency.
- Support the Marketing Director in planning and executing content calendars.
- Monitor performance metrics to inform future creative strategy.
Skills & Competencies:
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects, Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting design, and visual composition.
- Experience creating content tailored for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and web.
- Ability to take creative direction and collaborate effectively with the Marketing Director and internal teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for high-quality visuals.
- Spanish fluency is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Graphic Design, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in video production, editing, and multimedia content creation.
- A strong portfolio showcasing visual projects across video and photography.
