Property Management Essential Functions:Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned commercial properties, ensuring seamless functionality and tenant satisfaction.Serve as the primary liaison between landlords and tenants, fostering positive relationships and addressing tenant concerns.Conduct regular property inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues proactively.Interpret and enforce lease agreements on behalf of property owners and tenants.Solicit, review, and oversee competitive bids for contracted services and property maintenance.Coordinate property repairs and improvements with contractors, vendors, service providers, and maintenance in alignment with approved budgets.Prepare and present monthly management reports to owners, outlining financial performance, operational updates, and leasing activities.Develop and manage annual operating budgets to align with ownership goals and expectations.Represent ownership interests in meetings and engagements related to managed properties.Remain on-call to handle emergencies and urgent property concerns as they arise.Qualifications:3+ years property management experience.Understanding and knowledge of accounting/financial informationAbility to work on a variety of tasksExperience and knowledge of property management principles, local housing laws, and tenant-landlord regulations.Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and track multiple deadlines.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with property management software (AppFolio) is a plus.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Takes initiative and completes project assignments independently and on time.Strong verbal/written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.Excellent organization/attention to detail, time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.Ability to work without supervision in a small office environment setting.Physical RequirementsIndividuals must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
