Luther Collision is looking for an experienced Refinish Technician / Auto Body Painter to join our growing team! We are an employee-focused company offering 4-day work weeks with 3-day weekends. Job Description: As a Body Shop Painter / Refinisher one must perform the following: Prep, mix, color match, and refinish each vehicle in order to restore it to pre-accident condition Complete all refinish operations as described in the work order Use & maintain paint material inventory in an efficient manner Consistently utilize all required safety equipment, properly dispose of hazardous waste, and maintain a clean & professional workplace Attend/collaborate with team during our morning production meeting Work in harmony with the production schedule and coworkers to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-production environment, that demands team effort Qualifications: The ideal candidate has several years' experience as a painter looking to join our team of professionals. I-Car experience preferred, however we will add to your I-Car training to maintain our Gold Class status. Vocational or auto tech training preferred. Minimum age of 17 years and a current, valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
