Qualifications for
Customer Service Representative
2-3 years of office clerical experience Telephone customer service experience is plus Inside sales in a construction industry would also be a plus Data entry and typing accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Responsibilities for
Customer Service Representative
Answer incoming phone calls Provide professional and personable customer service Enter new orders into the system Respond to customer order status requests Generate proposals for homebuilder and retail customers Communicate shipping and delivery schedules Track inventory
