hands-on Lean leader
who lives on the shop floor and knows how to turn inefficiencies into results. This role is all about
driving smarter processes , partnering with production teams, and building sustainable improvements across manufacturing operations. If you’re energized by eliminating waste, improving flow, and raising the bar on safety and quality—this one’s for you. What you’ll be doing Lead Kaizen and Lean initiatives that move the needle—fast Analyze workflows, time studies, and bottlenecks to unlock gains Coach teams on tools like 5S, standard work, and visual management Track performance metrics and ensure improvements stick Support new equipment, systems, and technology rollouts What you bring 3+ years in Lean / continuous improvement within manufacturing Strong problem-solving skills and a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset Experience leading cross-functional change with real results Engineering or manufacturing background preferred (or equivalent experience) Degree in Engineering Manufacturing or a related field
