THE POSITION The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) has an exciting opportunity for a professional Website Content Manager (Marketing Analyst 2) in the Bureau of Marketing Communications, Branding, and Design, Digital & E-Commerce Marketing Division. In this role you will own the end-to-end content strategy and execution for Fine Wine & Good Spirits' (FW&GS) e-commerce website FWGS.com, ensuring alignment with marketing and business goals. Responsibilities include managing the review and maintenance of all content on FWGS.com. DESCRIPTION OF WORK The Website Content Manager will be responsible for managing, reviewing, and maintaining all content that is published on the Fine Wine & website FWGS.com. Duties of this role include, maintain a digital content calendar; write promotional and seasonal marketing content; build page layouts; and collaborate with other teams to create reports to track website performance as well as analyze sales and engagement numbers from website content to recommend improvements. In addition, the candidate would be responsible for monitoring SEO performance, ensuring that content is written to enhance search results through keywords, tagging, and other tactics. This role must maintain consistent review of all content for accuracy and monitors key performance indicators to continuously refine and optimize content strategies. Candidates who will excel in this position will have experience in website backend administration, making website updates and building content pages, writing content for digital marketing with SEO as a guiding principle. Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. Telework:

You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 4 days per week. You will be required to report in-office at the Northwest Office Building in Harrisburg at minimum one day per week. Additional in-office days may be required based on operational needs. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Selected candidates who are new to employment with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $59,345 (before taxes). Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

One year as a PLCB Marketing Analyst 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration);

or Two years of professional marketing, advertising, or merchandising experience and a bachelor's degree;

or An equivalent combination of experience and training. Other Requirements:
