
Senior Product Marketing Manager and GTM Execution

Adobe's next billion dollar business is GenStudio. At the heart of this strategy is GenStudio for Performance Marketing, Adobe's groundbreaking generative AI product crafted to empower marketing and creative teams to develop high performing, on-brand omnichannel content.
We are looking for an ambitious, dedicated, and experienced product marketer to carry out the go-to-market initiatives across Sales, Partners, and Marketing channels. As a strategic contributor, you will be responsible for reaching GenStudio for Performance Marketing's new sales targets.
You will
- Equip sellers and their ecosystem counterparts with knowledge of the value proposition, arguments, customer examples, and product capabilities of GenStudio for Performance Marketing
- Develop multi-touch marketing activations including webinars, tradeshows, partner marketing
- Ensure our pipeline is full with leads and qualified opportunities from Sales, Marketing, and Partner sources
The perfect candidate
Knows how to prioritize and complete a seemingly unlimited amount of work to achieve the business outcome. Can make a decision, turn it into pilot project, and scale that pilot project to a 10x results program through influencing and working with other teams. Is comfortable leading in highly ambiguous situations and can bring diverse teams together under common goals to complete a joint vision. Will own the outcome for sales targets even if other teams are formally accountable. Can build the future by imagining and delivering new processes and strategies that didn't exist before. Is genuine in communication with pragmatic and honest conversations up and down the org charge and across different functions. Will improve to challenge Adobe and our ecosystem to do things better and faster than a typical corporate product marketing team.

- Combining qualitative and quantitative data analysis to make strategic decisions
- Skills in automating work to improve your own efficiency along with that of your constituents
- Expert communicator across written and visual communication including PowerPoint, Web Marketing, Marketing communications, and more
- Managing and communicating up to senior Adobe executives
- Project and program management skills including measurement of critical metrics, timeline, work management, scaling, and reporting
- Proven success as an internal and external evangelist for product(s) or product line(s) by crafting compelling messages and showcasing the benefits and capabilities
About You
A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in product marketing or more than 10 years of verified experience in sales or marketing roles. Outstanding written communication skills: capable of condensing complex concepts into concise executive summaries. Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud or marketing solutions is a plus! Familiarity with Ad Tech, Ad Creative Tech, Email Marketing, Paid Social, or Web Marketing are a plus. English required. 25% travel.

Expected Pay Range
The U.S. pay range for this position is $120,700 -- $219,750 annually. In California, the pay range is $151,800 - $219,750. For sales roles, the starting salary is expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission) and may include commissions. Non-sales roles receive base salary plus an Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). Some roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
