Role Description
Rewardian is looking for a hunter focused on growing our Sales Incentive practice. This is a true net-new business role. No hand-holding, no waiting on inbound. You’ll be on the front lines creating demand and closing deals with companies that need to drive better sales performance, both internally and with their channel partners. This is a full-time, hybrid Account Executive role based in Atlanta, GA.

What You'll Do

Create pipeline from zero (outbound is your superpower)

Prospect aggressively (calls, email, LinkedIn, creative outreach)

Break into target accounts and engage senior stakeholders across Sales and Marketing

Run tight, high-impact discovery and demos

Sell a platform that drives real revenue outcomes, not just “nice-to-have” software

Own deals end-to-end, from first touch to signed contract

Move fast, stay scrappy, and constantly test what works

Partner closely with marketing and leadership to refine go-to-market tactics

Who You Are

You hunt by default - you don’t rely on inbound or SDRs

You’ve closed net-new business in a SaaS environment (and can prove it)

You’re comfortable hearing “no” (a lot) and pushing through anyway

You know how to turn a cold conversation into a real opportunity

You sell value, not features (this is important!)

You move with urgency and don’t overcomplicate things

You’re competitive, self-motivated, and a little obsessed with winning

Becoming the go-to subject matter expert for Sales Incentives

Building and managing your own pipeline

Hitting (and beating) new logo targets

Expanding our footprint into new accounts and industries
