Gravillis is looking for an Executive Director to lead our Social team in the strategy, and execution of our social-first campaigns.
What you’ll do:
Dream up and lead social and content strategies that turn big ideas into scroll-stopping moments
Tap into pop culture, trends, and platform to create creative opportunities and develop content
Partner with creative leadership to develop engaging content across all social platforms
Partner with leadership and other members of the internal team to establish social framework and strategy to push ideas forward
Establish creative best practices for social content and oversee social ideation
Set up clientsfor success with smart social campaigns
Lead client conversations to develop and launch impactful social campaigns
Pitch, present, and workshop ideas with clients—bringing energy, clarity, and a point of view to every conversation
Qualifications
10 plus years of digital marketing experience
Minimum of 5 years leading direct reports
Strong understanding of entertainment and pop culture, as well as new technology
A strong up to date knowledge of digital media, social media channels and other up and coming platforms
Strong client facing experience
Ability to develop strong relationships with current and new clients
