About the Role
As a CBRE Marketing Sr. Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team that creates and implements marketing activities for multiple product lines, services, and market segments.
This job is part of the General Marketing job function. They are responsible for the design, development, and execution of marketing programs that support the organization's products and services.
What You’ll Do

Serve as a strategic marketing partner to business leaders and sales professionals. Remain informed on CBRE services, initiatives, real estate trends, and client priorities.

Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the performance, output, training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.

Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department goals and ensure deadlines are communicated and met. Mentor and coach as needed.

Lead strategic property marketing efforts. Propose cutting edge and creative ideas, build marketing plans, and execute high-end collateral.

Spearhead and manage business development efforts. Work with high-profile current clients to develop marketing concepts and design marketing materials.

Ensure marketing compliance with company standards, logo, and consistency of marketing materials. Approve and review creative, copy, and proposed timelines.

Present monthly and quarterly marketing reports to management.

Apply a broad knowledge of the business, own discipline, and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.

Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence others to adopt a different point of view while being guided by policies and departmental plans.

Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity.

Understand and recognize the broader impact across the department.

Improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within the job discipline.

Coordinate and oversee the distribution of projects to optimize team efficiency and ensure timely completion by the team.

Cultivate strong relationships with Market Leaders, providing regular updates on team initiatives.
What You'll Need

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.

Exceptional communication skills and a can-do, positive attitude

Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.

Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.

Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job discipline, multiple job disciplines, and department.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.

Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

Experience in managing a team of 5+ people.
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Senior Marketing Manager position is $120,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Senior Marketing Manager position is $150,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
