The Vice President of Marketing will play a critical role in elevating brand positioning, strengthening customer value propositions, and accelerating demand generation within a dynamic and competitive food manufacturing and CPG environment. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with overall growth objectives.
- Strengthen brand positioning and clearly articulate the organization’s value as a differentiated manufacturing and innovation partner.
- Drive go-to-market strategies across new products, capabilities, and customer initiatives.
- Oversee demand generation efforts across digital, content, and industry channels to support revenue growth.
- Utilize data, analytics, and market insights to guide decision-making and optimize performance.
- Partner closely with Sales, Operations, R&D, Quality, and executive leadership to ensure alignment and execution.
- Support key commercial initiatives, including RFPs, customer presentations, and strategic engagements.
- Contribute to enterprise decision-making through strong business acumen and market perspective.
- Advance B2B marketing efforts to support private label, contract manufacturing, and foodservice customers.
- Promote capabilities in food safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
- Identify and drive growth opportunities within existing customer relationships and new markets.
- Lead brand strategy and execution to increase awareness, trial, and long-term customer loyalty.
- Oversee successful product launches and ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business objectives.
- Translate consumer and customer insights into clear, differentiated market positioning.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience
- Experience within food manufacturing, CPG, or foodservice environments.
- Demonstrated success in private label, contract manufacturing, or B2B-focused businesses.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of influencing executive stakeholders and customers.
- Proven ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-growth, performance-driven environment.
