Key Job Responsibilities
- Develop, launch and optimize web funnels and landing pages to drive conversion
- Partner with subject matter experts to drive growth through end‑to‑end campaign optimization, A/B testing and localization
- Generate breakthrough analytical insights that drive significant conversion improvement, CPA efficiencies and traffic growth
- Design and implement test plans (A/B and multivariate) to understand drivers of response and conversion
- Work closely with product and UX teams to design and develop landing pages
- Identify opportunities for technical and platform improvement, quantify impact and drive tool/platform improvements with product and technical teams
- Partner with SEO, SEM leads to drive growth and develop best‑in‑class plans
- Oversee content and design strategy and execution to ensure SEO, funnel, UX and conversion best practices
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end‑to‑end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross‑functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience with deep understanding of web standards and a solid understanding of the relationship between content, visual design, and user experience
- Experience using various web technologies/front end coding, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress
- Experience working with web technology, application development, and content management systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
- Technical MarTech tooling like Adobe Experience Manager or Gradial knowledge
- Technical attribution and performance tooling like Tableau or Amplitude knowledge
