Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for defining and executing the local marketing strategy, with a strong focus on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

This role requires a performance‑driven professional with solid experience across digital marketing channels, capable of managing budgets, analyzing performance, and driving measurable growth. The position sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, requiring both analytical thinking and hands‑on campaign management.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives

Own and manage annual and monthly marketing budgets, including forecasting and allocation

Drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention initiatives

Manage and optimize campaigns across paid media, social media, SEO, mobile, and programmatic channels

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing based on key metrics such as ROI, CAC, and LTV

Identify, negotiate, and onboard new partners and acquisition channels

Maintain and grow relationships with existing partners and affiliates

Deliver clear, data‑driven reports and insights to internal stakeholders

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business strategy

Required Marketing Skills

Strong experience in performance marketing and user acquisition strategies

Hands‑on expertise in paid media, including programmatic, display, and paid social

Solid knowledge of SEO and organic growth strategies

Experience with mobile marketing and user behavior optimization

Strong analytical capabilities, with experience tracking and interpreting KPIs such as CAC, LTV, and ROI

Proven experience in marketing budget management and forecasting

Ability to optimize campaign performance through data‑driven decision‑making

Experience managing partnerships, affiliates, and external acquisition channels

Strong understanding of multi‑channel marketing strategies and attribution

Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate has experience operating in fast‑paced, performance‑driven environments, preferably within iGaming, sports betting, or online entertainment. They combine strategic thinking with executional capability, are comfortable working with data, and are focused on delivering measurable business impact through marketing.
