Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of four years of full‑time experience in radio, including at least one year in a supervisory capacity.
- Broad background and knowledge of public radio.
- Demonstrated skill in radio programming, engineering, operations, research, and staff relations.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Leadership and communications skills.
- Motivated, positive personality.
- Willingness to represent the station in the community.
