Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of four years of full‑time experience in radio, including at least one year in a supervisory capacity.
Broad background and knowledge of public radio.
Demonstrated skill in radio programming, engineering, operations, research, and staff relations.
Outstanding organizational skills.
Leadership and communications skills.
Motivated, positive personality.
Willingness to represent the station in the community.
