The role is expected to sit in office Monday-Thursday, with Fridays remote.
Who we want:
This role sits on our Performance Marketing team within the Marketing Strategy group; The primary channel this role will be responsible for is Paid Search. Ideal candidate is an independent thinker capable of challenging assumptions and being a proactive advocate for areas of responsibility. In addition to playing a key support role, you will directly own multiple important items, including Microsoft Bing as well as Google Local Services Ads, managing these as an accountable, thoughtful owner.
This Sr. Associate, Search responsibilities include work on pacing management, creative adjustments, campaign expansions & optimizations, and more. They also function as primary POC for both Google and Bing.
This is a highly visible role, so attention to detail and proactivity are critical. Paid Search marketing is the core focus, including adjacent ad products in the Google ecosystem and beyond (such as Performance Max). There will be opportunities to develop knowledge of other areas of digital including paid social and programmatic/display etc. Training will be provided as needed to tackle complex marketing, media, and technology challenges.
A successful candidate is: naturally curious, passionate in pursuing excellence, humble enough to ask questions and capable of out of the box thinking + creative problem solving. You must be comfortable operating as an owner across multiple critical areas.
This role reports into the Senior Manager of Search and will provide support to other teams including marketing managers, launching & optimizing various campaigns on their behalf.
3+ years of experience in paid search media marketing
Demonstrated track record of direct response success (set up, tracking, execution, optimization, and reporting)
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
Basic financial acumen & understanding of calculating risk/return on business decisions
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills (oral and written)
Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets & relevant media math
Ability to connect dots and foresee implications
Project management skills to see projects to completion seamlessly
Adaptability, and strong EQ
Ability to navigate in the gray
Nice to Have
Deep experience or knowledge of one or more non-Search digital channels
DoubleClick / DV360 Experience
Knowledge and ability to build own data reports
Familiarity with Salesforce
Exposure to the legal industry or technology usage in law firms
Salary Range: $70,000 USD - $80,000 USD
