We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive and scale strategic partnerships within a luxury fashion marketplace , focusing exclusively on clothes, shoes (including sneakers), and bags .
This role is ideal for professionals with prior experience in e-commerce or resale marketplaces , managing brand partnerships, seller ecosystems, or supply acquisition.
Jewelry, watches, and fine accessories are strictly out of scope.
What You'll Do
Build and manage partnerships with luxury apparel, footwear/sneaker, and bag brands
Secure high-demand, authentic inventory across approved categories
Drive GMV and revenue growth through marketplace partnerships
Expand brand and seller coverage within clothes, shoes, and bags
Lead commercial negotiations and structure long-term marketplace agreements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations, logistics)
Use data insights to optimize partner and category performance
Manage and mentor business development team members
What Were Looking For
Proven experience in business development or partnerships within a marketplace platform
Direct experience with luxury fashion, apparel, footwear/sneakers, or bags
Strong network of brands, distributors, or sellers in the approved categories
Solid understanding of fashion supply chains and marketplace dynamics
Track record of driving revenue growth and category expansion
Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and leadership skills
