REMOTE Business Development Manager (EMS experience required) Location: Remote; must reside in Northern TX (DFW, Waco, etc.)

Salary: $150,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr base, 3rd Year OTE $175,000-$200,000+.

Responsibilities:
Drive new business opportunities within the electronic manufacturing services market
Develop key relationships with original equipment manufacturers
Manage and drive the sales cycle from prospect to successful closure
Deliver product presentations both virtually and in person
Develop and implement strategies and plans to meet revenue goals
Qualify, negotiate, and respond to commercial questions
Identify the right stakeholders and build connections
Drive consensus within internal teams leading to deal success
Foster account growth with electronic component sales
Prepare and maintain a variety of sales status reports
Identify industry competitors and market conditions
Meet revenue targets and measurable non-revenue KPIs
Qualifications:
EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) experience required
Outside sales experience or a strong interest in transitioning into field sales required
Strong background working with OEMs required
Ability to travel 3–4 days per week (typically day trips); less than 5% overnight travel
