Overview
Responsible for delivering high-impact multimedia production projects that support business priorities and storytelling objectives. Leads end-to-end production planning and execution, coordinating internal teams, talent, and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery. Applies strong production judgment to manage logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships, and recommends internal or external production approaches to leadership, including approval of external spend when needed. Ensures all work aligns with organizational standards, timelines, and quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Organize talent and coordinate crew in the setup of cameras, audio, lighting, call sheets, shot lists, and other communications for field and studio productions
Organize and facilitate creative brainstorming sessions for video and photo production initiatives
Schedule and conduct pre-interviews and talent scouting for multimedia projects
Perform pre‑production work to include procuring props, equipment, and production essentials and scouting and preparing site locations or studio environment
Ensure seamless on‑set operations, providing necessary support to stakeholders and crew
Oversee vendor and third‑party relationships, trafficking files, ensuring contract compliance and performance accountability
Coordinate and lead vendor meetings, internal kick‑offs, and pre‑production planning sessions
Determine optimal production ownership by assessing internal and external vendor resources against business priorities, value impact, and cost considerations
Monitor and report on video production budgets, including external vendors, using dashboards, KPIs, and analytics to ensure transparency and accountability
Develop and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource strategies aligned with business objectives
Partner with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business goals and delivery expectations
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure integrated and timely project delivery
Provide regular project updates and performance metrics to stakeholders and leadership
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards
Collaborate with enabling functions to ensure business readiness and operational alignment
Support initiative planning and contribute to project prioritization and resource planning
Incorporate and leverage best industry practices while maintaining alignment with our client's goals and capabilities
Research emerging technologies and trends and recommend solutions that align with business goals
Perform other duties as required or appropriate
Required Qualifications
5+ years experience in an in‑house or agency setting, with a strong background in photo and video shoots and content production
Experience in professional multimedia design, integration, staging, and operation, preferably in a corporate setting
Significant experience in managing high‑impact projects with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and tight deadlines
Proven ability to align project execution with business strategy, manage scope and risk, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction
Advanced skills in project planning, budgeting, and governance, with a focus on delivering value and mitigating delivery risks
Experience with managing project teams, vendor relationships, and stakeholder communications across business units
Strong ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse teams
Advanced skill in managing third‑party vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure delivery quality
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to align diverse teams and secure executive buy‑in
Expert skill exercising initiative and using good judgment to make sound decisions
Expert skill exercising professionalism, composure under pressure, and flexibility
Preferred: Proficiency or understanding of pre‑ and post‑production software
Preferred: Experience with video teleconferencing tools and platforms
Preferred: Skilled in conducting interviews with guests and on‑camera talent
Preferred: Experience in videography, sound production, and non‑linear editing with production software
Additional Requirements
Flexibility to work outside standard business hours as needed
Occasional travel may be required

Leads projects end to end: pre‑production, shoot, post, delivery
Runs vendor kick‑offs, pre‑production meetings, and on‑set operations confidently
Vendor & Contract Accountability
Manages third‑party vendors directly
Ensures contract compliance, deliverables, and performance accountability
Comfortable navigating SOWs, scopes, change requests, and timelines
Cost & Quote Judgment (Critical)
Can evaluate vendor quotes and identify when pricing or scope is inflated
Able to level set "what something should cost" based on experience
Knows when to recommend rebidding, rescoping, or changing production approach
Ensures cost transparency through tracking, reporting, and clear communication
Budget Awareness (Not Ownership)
Tracks and reports production spend
Escalates concerns early when costs are misaligned
Supports leadership decision making around external spend
