Make recommendations for cost reduction, product quality, productivity and customer excellence.* Manage and develop team of employees including sales, installation, training and warehouse* Be a primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with key accounts and strategic partnerships.* Perform individual market analyses within assigned area to develop new customer* strategies* Drive culture and brand initiatives* Oversee and assist with market data collection with sales team to drive focused strategies* Assist in providing new market and product ideas related to their market.* Meet or exceed both revenue and gross profit objectives outlined by management, while maintaining competitive pricing in the marketplace* Define key operational metrics, develop reporting and set targets.* Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service* Represent Company in various civic and community functions to further enhance its image and develop additional business.* Other duties as assignedJOB REQUIRMENTS* Associates degree or higher in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent experience* Minimum 5 years professional sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry* Must be willing and open to relocate within the Latin America Region (business preferred city) within the first year in the role if not already located within region in a preferred city. Otherwise, up to first year you must live in San Antonio.* Fluent in English and Spanish language required.* Travel (internationally) up to 75%* Strong negotiation skills* Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skillXPEL is an equal opportunity employer.
