A growing transportation and logistics organization in Tampa is seeking a Head of Business Development & Marketing to lead revenue-focused marketing and business growth initiatives.

This is a newly created, highly visible role with direct exposure to ownership. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on B2B growth leader who can build marketing infrastructure, generate pipeline, and partner closely with sales to drive measurable results.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and execute revenue‑generating marketing strategies
  • Create lead generation campaigns that drive qualified opportunities
  • Partner closely with sales to improve messaging and close rates
  • Develop pitch decks, presentations, one‑pagers, and outbound campaigns
  • Strengthen company brand presence and digital visibility
  • Manage CRM workflows, lead tracking, reporting, and funnel performance
  • Create content that supports business development efforts
  • Build scalable systems and processes from the ground up

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing, growth marketing, or business development experience
  • Strong revenue‑first mindset with pipeline generation experience
  • Proven success partnering directly with sales teams
  • Hands‑on campaign execution and content creation skills
  • Strong communication, presentation, and leadership presence
  • Collaborative personality with ability to influence cross‑functionally
  • Transportation / logistics industry experience is a plus
