Open role: Head of e-Commerce Market Growth

We are looking for a creative leader with high analytical skills who will approach brand differentiation with passion. The ideal candidate is a person with a strategic vision who can effectively manage a team based on goals and is committed to implementing innovations that support platform growth.

The role & the team:

You will lead a marketing team consisting of campaign, performance, and data specialists, focusing on scaling the product in a subscription model. Your main goal is to optimize the B2B sales funnel and implement modern AI and automation tools to increase process efficiency. On a daily basis, you will work closely with the sales department to jointly achieve ambitious business goals and build value for our clients.

What will you do:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth (performance) strategies and build a long-term brand vision.
  • Manage a cross‑functional marketing team, coordinating activities in the areas of campaigns, performance, and data analytics.
  • Constantly monitor and optimize the customer acquisition cost (CAC) and strive to maximize their lifetime value (LTV).
  • Identify areas for optimization and implement modern tools based on artificial intelligence and marketing automation.
  • Cooperate closely with the sales department to generate quality leads and support the achievement of revenue goals.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and make decisions regarding campaign optimization based on them.

Required skills:

  • Experience: in-depth experience in e‑commerce marketing (subscription/mass market model), practice in running advanced performance campaigns (SEO, SEM, social, affiliation), and experience in managing marketing teams and the B2B sales funnel.
  • Language: Polish, English.
  • Tool Pro: advanced knowledge of performance marketing tools, analytical systems for managing data and KPIs, and knowledge of trends and tools in the field of AI and marketing automation.
  • Soft skills: high creativity, strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, excellent leadership skills, and team management by objectives.
  • Experience in the TSL industry (transport, shipping, logistics).
