Description
IMDb is the world's most popular source for movies, TV shows, and celebrities, reaching more than 250 million monthly visitors worldwide. IMDb is seeking a Senior Go-To-Market Specialist who can develop and execute global go-to-market strategies from end-to-end; inclusive of customer-facing insights and narratives, compelling marketing assets and innovative packaging solutions. The ideal candidate for this role can think strategically and analytically. You will use your creative capabilities to bring unique digital advertising offerings and sponsorships (e.g. Oscars, Emmys) to market to drive acquisition and retention. You will extract insights to identify customer needs and new revenue opportunities to inform the development and iteration of IMDb’s ad program.

Key job responsibilities

Role scope is global with a focus on US, CA, UK, DE, AU

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that showcase IMDb’s capabilities, working backwards from seller needs to drive product awareness, adoption, and retention

Own IMDb’s sponsorship program from package creation through flawless campaign delivery

Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g. product, program, events, legal/PR) to translate IMDb’s capabilities into customer-facing narratives that resonate with sellers across diverse marketplaces

Empower sales by creating and managing an ad solutions toolkit inclusive of compelling marketing collateral, launch announcements, case studies, vertical insights, sizzle reels, etc.

Capture and provide customer feedback to inform prioritization and innovation for product roadmaps, betas, sponsorships and creative formats

Partner with Insights and Analytics team on data that strengthens the IMDb value proposition

Develop insights and enhanced positioning that keeps IMDb competitive in the rapidly evolving AI assistant space

About the Team
IMDb Ad Specialists Team is a dedicated team of Sales and Go-To-Market Specialists focused on developing compelling advertising packages and strategies to enable sales and drive demand of IMDb’s ad solutions. We lead with customer obsession, laser-focused on growing our advertising business while growing as individuals ourselves. Basic Qualifications

6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

Experience communicating results to senior leadership

Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

Knowledge of general AI tools

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in entertainment, brand or production entity

Knowledge of Amazon devices and the Amazon ecosystem

Demonstrated ability to influence product development through customer feedback

Compensation
USA, CA, Santa Monica — 142,800.00 - 193,200.00 USD annually

USA, NY, New York — 157,100.00 - 212,600.00 USD annually
