Key Responsibilities

Co-manage the journal's online peer-review process and communicate assessments of submissions
Provide developmental editing for articles and manage the journal's book review program
Develop and maintain journal workflow processes and coordinate events related to the journal's research

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of editorial experience
Familiarity with academic research and ability to summarize academic arguments
Exceptional editing and proofreading skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Adobe Professional
Ability to work independently and manage confidential editorial challenges
