Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Coordination and Campaign Management: Serve as the primary liaison between the company and our outsourced marketing partner, ensuring alignment between sales needs and marketing strategies.
Track, manage, and maintain digital assets, content calendars, and marketing collateral, ensuring timely execution of campaigns.
Coordinate and guide marketing campaigns based on the strategic direction of the sales and delivery teams.
Elevate the partnership with outsourced marketing beyond administrative tasks to a more strategic collaboration, ensuring campaigns are targeted and effective.
Inside Sales and Lead Nurturing: Enable the sales team by passing qualified leads and opportunities for meetings.
Nurture leads generated through marketing campaigns via CRM (calling, emailing, and automating workflows) to ensure they are engaged and moving through the sales pipeline.
Track lead progress, ensure timely follow-ups, and refine processes for lead management within the CRM system.
Galactic Event Management (Internal Event Coordination): Plan and execute Galactic Events -internal events organized by MARS employees every 5-6 weeks.
Collaborate with Martians (MARS employees) to conceptualize creative event ideas that engage and inspire the team.
Manage all logistical aspects of these events, from planning and communication to event execution.
Ensure seamless coordination with various departments to ensure maximum participation and positive outcomes from these events.
Project Management and Partner Relations: Manage relationships with external marketing partners and other vendors in our ecosystem.
Collaborate closely with partners to ensure seamless execution of joint initiatives, identifying areas for improvement, and driving innovation.
Ensure all special projects are on track and are meeting strategic goals, timelines, and budgets.
Data and Metrics Focus: Collect, analyze, and report on key metrics and ROI related to marketing campaigns, lead generation, and event success.
Provide weekly reports to the leadership team on the effectiveness of campaigns and internal events, identifying key areas of success and opportunities for improvement.
Utilize data to refine and optimize future marketing efforts, ensuring a high ROI and alignment with business objectives.
Strategic Development: Act as a proactive problem-solver, contributing ideas and strategies to optimize marketing processes and partnership outcomes.
Support long-term strategic initiatives to evolve the partnership beyond traditional marketing activities into a more integrated and forward-thinking relationship.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or inside sales roles, with exposure to digital marketing, event management, and CRM systems.
Skills: Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns, events, and stakeholders.
Experience in nurturing and qualifying leads within a CRM system.
Proven experience managing and executing corporate events or team-building initiatives.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and report ROI effectively.
Ability to work autonomously with minimal guidance, possessing an entrepreneurial mindset and solution-oriented approach.
Strong communication skills and the ability to act as a liaison between marketing partners, internal teams, and the sales team.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools, content management, and marketing automation platforms.
