Title: Director, Commercial Analytics-PHARMA
Location: Greater Boston MA (hybrid 3x week in office)
Comp: $200-215K + bonus + LTI
My client, a GLOBAL Mid-Size Pharma Company, is seeking a Director, Commercial Analytics-PHARMA Professional!
This role serves as a strategic partner to Brand and Sales Leadership, supporting a portfolio of approved products and upcoming launches.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary analytics partner to Marketing and Sales Leadership
- Drive insights across product launches, market performance, and growth opportunities
- Evaluate brand performance, early adoption trends, and competitive dynamics
- Assess effectiveness of marketing campaigns and field execution
- Support launch planning, targeting strategy, and business planning initiatives
- Identify and leverage key data sources (IQVIA, Symphony, Komodo, etc.)
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Data & Analytics, IT, Finance, and Commercial Operations
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing analytics team
- Manage external vendors and data partners
Requirements:
- 10+ years in analytics, including leadership in biopharma commercial analytics
- Experience supporting product launches
- Must have exceptional technical skills (SQL, Excel; Tableau/Python a plus)
- Expertise in pharmaceutical data sources and market dynamics
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to influence strategy through data-driven insights
