Salary: $60K-$70K range; based on experience/facility

Description of the Marketing Liaison

Interacts with community leaders, social workers, case managers, discharge managers to maintain and develop referral relationships.

Work with Admissions department to meet short term and long-range census goals.

Develop and provide information for marketing materials or presentations as needed.

Help manage the admissions process to ensure satisfaction for residents and families

Create, manage and monitor new business development plans

Conduct research as needed.

Qualifications of the Marketing Liaison

Must have nursing home marketing experience

Must have connections with local hospitals

Must have long term care experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Must be tech savvy
