Responsibilities:
- You will be joining a global web production team responsible for governing the client’s web content.
- As a web production senior associate, you will collaborate to build new website pages within the client’s CMS.
- The ideal candidate will be a creative problem solver with digital, design, technical, and marketing skills.
- We seek someone dedicated to providing superior customer service for internal stakeholders and committed to enhancing the client's digital brand.
Skills and experience required:
- Build compelling web pages in the client’s CMS, applying best practices for layout and UX/Brand Guidelines.
- Test new components for quality control, reporting bugs to development teams.
- Serve as a CMS expert with deep functionality knowledge and ability to train others.
- Partner with subject matter experts to implement SEO recommendations.
- Assist in developing, documenting, and improving CMS processes.
- Preferred experience with Adobe Photoshop for image editing.
- Experience with project management platforms such as Jira and Monday.com is a plus.
