Content Management System Developer

Overview
We are seeking an experienced HubSpot CMS Consultant to design, develop, and optimize websites using HubSpot CMS Hub. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing HubSpot CMS solutions, developing custom templates, managing website migrations, and supporting marketing and CRM integrations.

This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and experience working within the HubSpot ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Design and develop responsive websites using HubSpot CMS Hub

Implement and configure HubSpot CMS for new and existing clients

Perform website migrations from WordPress, Drupal, or other CMS platforms to HubSpot

Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and conversion

Integrate HubSpot CMS with CRM, marketing automation, and third-party tools

Create landing pages, blogs, forms, and CTAs

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve CMS-related issues

Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams

Provide ongoing maintenance and support

Required Skills and Qualifications

3+ years of experience working with HubSpot CMS

Experience developing custom HubSpot themes and modules

Experience with website migration projects

Knowledge of SEO best practices

Experience integrating HubSpot with external systems via APIs

Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with HubSpot CRM

Experience with Public Administration / Government sector is a plus

Knowledge of REST APIs

Experience with Git/version control
