Supervisor Production

Job Description
Responsibilities:

Supervise production associates, develop team members, coach, motivate and train associates to high performance levels in a manufacturing environment.

Lead lean processes and continuous improvement.

Resolve production line issues and troubleshoot problems.

Maintain accurate account of production metrics and report any discrepancies.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.

Cross‑train in other functional areas in order to support the manufacturing facility for special projects and assignments.

May flex between shifts, as needed.

Requirements:

A high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.), may include specialized or vocational courses.

Three to Five years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.

Ability to work additional overtime hours when needed.

Microsoft Office computer skills.

Knowledge and experience with SAP preferred.
