Supervisor Production

Job Description

Responsibilities include leading the production team, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities

Supervise production associates, develop team members, coach, motivate, and train associates to high performance levels in a manufacturing environment.
Lead lean processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
Resolve production line issues and troubleshoot problems.
Maintain accurate records of production metrics and report any discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
Cross‑train in other functional areas to support the manufacturing facility for special projects and assignments.
May flex between shifts as needed.
Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.), may include specialized or vocational courses.
Three to five years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to work additional overtime hours when needed.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills; knowledge and experience with SAP preferred.
