Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end response process for RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and ITBs, developing customized content
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to draft clear value propositions tailored to customer priorities
Facilitate cross-functional meetings to gather critical data and maintain the proposal content library

Required Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
4+ years of professional writing experience in a formal proposal or technical writing environment
Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
Experience using AI writing assistants to support drafting
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced environment
