Responsibilities & Qualifications
5+ years agency experience
Comfortable owning client relationships with support from leadership
Good listening and distillation skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to articulate ideas well, be resourceful and persistent with teams
Have a strong understanding of where strategy and creative intersect
A commitment to high quality work and building positive relationships with all
Tapped into industry news / trends, proactively thinking on behalf of clients and internal teams alike
Accountability for financial success of managed clients
