Job Summary
The Lead Video Editor is responsible for leading the post‑production process of all video content, ensuring high‑quality and impactful visuals that align with the brand's creative vision. The role involves working closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver compelling video narratives across multiple channels, optimizing video performance and overseeing the editing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of storytelling, technical editing skills, and a passion for pushing creative boundaries.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing or Public Relations or equivalent combination of education and experience
7 years of relevant experience in communications
Preferred
2 years of relevant experience in health care communications, preferably with a large health care system
