Marketing Manager- Harley Davidson Panama City Beach The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that grow dealership traffic, motorcycle sales, merchandise revenue, rider engagement, and community presence. This role oversees digital marketing, social media, events, advertising campaigns, partnerships, and brand promotion while maintaining the authentic Harley-Davidson experience.
The ideal candidate is creative, organized, energetic, and passionate about customer engagement, motorcycles, lifestyle branding, and event marketing.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute dealership marketing strategies and promotional campaigns
Manage social media accounts, digital advertising, and online engagement
Create marketing content including graphics, videos, emails, and event promotions
Coordinate dealership events such as bike nights, charity rides, rallies, and customer appreciation events
Maintain Harley-Davidson brand standards across all advertising and communications
Work with sales, service, parts, and apparel departments to drive customer traffic and revenue
Track and analyze campaign performance, customer engagement, and ROI metrics
Manage relationships with media vendors, sponsors, community partners, and local businesses
Update dealership website, event calendars, and promotional materials
Oversee email marketing campaigns and customer outreach initiatives
Assist with in-store merchandising and promotional displays
Monitor marketing budgets and advertising schedules
Support Harley Owners Group (H.O.G.) activities and rider community engagement
Attend weekend and evening events as needed
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, event planning, or dealership marketing preferred
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing, and online advertising
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
Experience with content creation, photography, video editing, or graphic design preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar marketing tools
Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms preferred
Ability to analyze marketing data and campaign performance metrics
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and special events
Knowledge of motorcycle culture and Harley-Davidson brand lifestyle preferred
Salary Range: $55,000-$65,000 Based on Experience
